LOL! Poor Bug...Wave seems to be having much much fun though. And yes, I find it very cute how Wave still adores that small little toy. Is there a Wave-sized version out there for him to enjoy? lol.

Thanks for sharing the vid with us - it gave me a good laugh. (at some of Bug's expense. :p)

Wave does have a BIG version of that lil' toy.

He still wants the lil' one though!

Whats funniest about it is that that lil' toy has managed to last this long. He chews thru just about everything SUPER quick. His fondness for that lil' toy has extended its life expectancy considerably Smile

My precious Wave is 8 months old as of 10/4/09 Laughing

I am amazed how quick time as lashed by us!

I love him sooooooooo much and can not believe he is, drum roll please, 84lbs (38,18kg) and 28inches (71.12cm) tall.

I plan on taking new pic's on sunday...............my boy is too awesome for words. Very smart, but is going thru adolescence, maybe? Gotta be that! He is challenging his commands now? 1 of them was him laying/staying & I walk forward, and then call "heel"............typically, he races forward & walks by my side. The last attempt, was him doing the 50 yard dash, as fast, and as hard, as he could BEYOND me! He ran past me, did not slow down, and was probably 50 yards beyond me, before he even acted like he heard my command. He had it down perfect & than out of no where it acted like a lunatic? Embarassed

I am sure my neighbors loved the show! Embarassed

I new he was going to be big but not that big. lol
Dogs will sometimes regress from there training and you must do some refresher training. If wave is having trouble with recalling him to you, you might want to put him back on the leash until he gets over that refusal to obey stage.
WHat I think happens in the tamaskans is that they have too much intelligence to where they figure out how to train you. They figure out what they can get away with and take advantage of it.
TIna and I are heading up to the Chesapeake "Bark in the Park" Sunday to show off Blaze and Jaeger. We would love to show them all off but its only me and Tina and the boys are better socially in new enviroments than Tunda and Kana. Plus Kana and Tundra get car sick too easily.
We plan on getting lots of pics to share with everyone.

Check out how little he makes my Aussie & Norwegian Elkhound. They both look like lap puppies compared to him! 2 of the pictures are of my husband holding Wave...........I don't think he will be doing that much longer Wink

Sweet gentle giant, very loving, very playful, very male & clumsy Laughing

It is amazing to me how many people "fear him" by his look, when he is the sweetest, gentlest dog I have!

He is massive and one handsome pup! Our Sookie is SO little compared to Wave, weighing in at 40 pounds! Poor dear caught a bought of giardia so we are doing everything we can to keep the weight on her and get rid of this nasty bug. Though I can't imagine she will ever catch up (weight wise) to Wave lol!

Wave is weighing in at 88lbs now. His coat is really filling out too. He is such a beautiful loving boy. I wish I understood how to upload pic's? The system is different now? Don't know, but, unfortunately I can not figure it out! Embarassed

Yes, I figured it out!

Yesterday my pictures never uploaded so I could not understand the next step! Once I attempted again today they promptly uploaded & it was easy..... Technology is wonderful when all the steps are inplace Laughing

I have well documented, every inch, of Waves growth!

He is such a wonderful dog....I hope to have a female Tamaskan join him one day.
