Oh Dear

This sounds quite common - and a real nuisance. It is a bit unpredictable as well because you think you've got back to normal and then one does a horrible smelling, slimy splat! This happened to me today!

Our poor girl Sookie tested positive for giardia this week. This has not been fun (for her or us!). Thanks for all the helpful information on here. I hope we can rid ourselves of this nasty bug for good!

Panacur - Fenbendazol cured the issue litterally over night. On a 3 day course.

Ask for Panacur and I wouldn't bother with Metronidazol.

I hope poor Sookie gets better soon. Give her lots of re hydration electrolytes if she has bad diarrhea. Lots of cleaning. And lots of love!

I hope she gets better ASAP! And I really hope you do not get it.
