hi all. this is about rann and me.. but for now ......
Rann is sweetnes and light..
He is the wind and the rain,
His eyes shine like stars in the night,
his howl..reverbrating again and again
as i listen for his familiar greeting..
I look up at the night sky
in the wind and rain...am i dreaming....
the clouds float by...and the wolf star
holds me spellbound...as time floats by,
and i think about our meeting...
here and now.....the meeting of minds
of rann and i...............

It appears in many forms and finds
a path to bring together in finality

Dreams that evoke such a yearning
for times of past friends with mankind,
dreams of freedom, wistful of longing
of friends in spirit and the meeting of minds.
All that we live..all that we are,
entwined on this earth for a time...
or perhaps forever, in heaven or the sirius star,

Just been reunited with Rann ....not in spirit this time but for real..ha ha
HE is here with me. UP TO HIS OLD HAUNTS...He has played his DARE game to day of pretending to be BOSS... Maybe he is ...or maybe he isnt ...Ha ha.

I think that I will do my own poems about our friends the Tamaskans and about wolves both live and in a spiritual sense. Perhaps people too ...relating to the afore-mentioned. Perhaps in a booklet form and they could raise money for the tamaskan rescue or tamaskan related....maybe with a couple of pictures or sketches I have done to go with it...I am going to start anyway as Rann inspires me to do so.. Any thoughts on this would be welcome.

As for Rann and me ..well our bond is strong...as mans best friend go ...he is a good example as he has a fab character and disposition....and ....well words cant match but wooooof woooof.!

Does Rann have a big dog bark?

Diesel bark is like that of a MASSIVE dog. He is big anyway, but it sounds like its coming from a 80 kg dane or something.

Whereas Banjo has more of a high pitched yip, small dog bark.

Diesel also makes much more woo woooing and general gremlin like noises than Banjo. I love it.

Hi Nick, thanks ..ok at the moment.

Rann does not bark much, very rare though it is a low loud woof. Other than that it is a little woof and thats it, but he is very vocal around the house, talking to me,, he snorts! sounds like a pig ha ha and croones ha ha, and he laughs a lot ,,,a grin with his mouth open...reminds me of a border collie I had who used to wrinkle his muzzle when he laughed.
Rann can growl though with hackles up, like the other day when the silver foil was on top of the cooker and was making a crinkle noise...he did not like that and was growling at it. Sounds like Diesel and Banjo get on great. Hope to get to see them both one day. I shall write a poem about them both if thats ok from the talks and pics you send in to the forum. I reckon you are artistic Nick..you just dont know it, owning a tamaskan and loving them as you do means you have an artistic sense... well I know what I mean evan if I cant get it across ha ha wooof
